My Forms are no longer working...

So I just started to design my forms and embed them into my website and now they have stopped working? My website is supposed to go live tomorrow so I really need help fixing this problem.

My forms will not show up on my website anymore. This has happened before with a previous jot form account and I had to talk to someone for them to reset my account.

Hi Brandon,

The form called "Facebook Likes" hooked by our phishing detector. That's why your account was suspended and the forms were disabled. Selling Likes or Followers for social media platforms could be related with phishing actions, so we can't allow this kind of forms on our system.

In order to activate your account, I deleted that form. Now, your account is reactivated, you should be fine.
