I have not received the last few enquiries to my email. It's cost me money and clients. Super unhappy and don't know how to fix it.

I have checked your email address and your email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;554 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Unknown recipient
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
You can also view submissions of your form on submission page of your account.
