With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited from and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your form's notification email alert correctly and you should be receiving the submission email without any problem.
I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Can you please confirm if you have received the email or not?
Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. Please contact your email service provider to find out if they are blocking any emails from email@example.com. You may also ask them to whitelist our domain names as well. Alternatively you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add custom sender email address in your account. The following guide should help you:
