I have noticed that others have had this issue, but when I attempt to create a visual report for my survey, I receive a NO DATA AVAILABLE message for two of the items. They are set up exactly the same as the other questions and they do have data associated with them. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

When I try to add the field on the report for the first time, the chart is being displayed in edit mode. However, when the report is refreshed to edit or viewed normally, I am able to replicate the issue No Data Available message.
I've created a report in your account for the form with title "Visual Report - JotForm Test". Please do not delete it from your account and required for investigation purposes.
Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look at the issue. Once we have any update on the issue, you'll be posted through this thread.

Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. However, I see that the issue is assigned to one of our developers and may be looking into it. You'll updated here once we have any information in this regard.

Here we are in a New Year and I was wondering if there were any updates to this issue. It would be nice if I could run this report without issues by early May.

I understand the importance of the feature for you. Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this issue. However, our developers are working hard on improving the services and they work on the critical issues and the tasks as assigned and prioritized by the management. Once we have any update on this issue, you'll updated through this thread.
