I duplicated a form, made a few changes but nothing major, and now I'm not receiving notifications of submissions, or email notifications. Jotform isn't even showing that forms have been submitted when I know they have. What could be wrong?

I just checked the form http://www.jotform.us/form/52758183078162 and it seems like these submissions might have reached your spam folder at gmail as our records show the form is sending correctly to nicolecatroppo@gmail.com
This usually happens when the sender name is missing, which was the case for such form, but I had just fixed it. If the problem continues, let us know.

I duplicated that form and made some changes to it to use for a similar,
but different event and now the submissions are not working.
Can you please check jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52758183078162 and
let me know why you think this is happening? I NEED this form to work. I
am not able to book business without it. Thank you for all of your
additional help!

Hi Nicole,
Your form settings are correct. I just tested your form without a payment. Can you check if you receive the email?
Now, I would like to mention that if you select a product item and submit the form, you will be redirected to Paypal payment page. However, if you will just close the Paypal payment page, that won't appear as a completed submission. This submission will be added to your incomplete payment list.

before. I have been making some adjustments, in hopes that it would work.
I'm not sure what happened. I had two people tell me they had completed
the form but it is not showing up for me in jotform. I also went in and
completed the form for someone and submitted it with nothing showing up
again. Yours is the first that worked. I'm not sure what worked, but I'm
VERY happy it's working! Thank you!
