    Static images appears blank on PDF

    Hi I copied the source code from another forms email that is set up and this issue is still not resolved. the website is www.jameslalaquarantine.com. there are two forms. the florida agriculture form is the one that is not working properly when a client submits their form we get only the answers in the email not the whole form with the answers. I have been working on this all day. please help. i have even changed my browser and tried to work on it, but no luck.

    Hi Randi,

    Because of the empty email template on "Compose Email", you have received empty submission emails.

     

    You need to add your form fields names to your email template to monitor the results on submission email.

     

     

    Alternatively, you can create a new notification. This will generate the default submission email template with using the fields from your form.

    This is the email form from the other jotform on the website. Would you kindly take a look. I don't need all those fields, or am I missing something on your reply.

    I presume Randi that you are actually just interested in having your email being sent with a link to the PDF file - which is the one that is not including all of the fields that you are interested in?

    If so, then please note that this is not an issue with email notification not sending you all the details, but the fact that your PDF of submitted data is set up to show different things.

    To check which file should be shown to you in your PDF and which not, you should take a look at the following guides:

    How to See IP Addresses of Form Submitters - While it shows you how to include IP, you can in the same manner include or exclude any of the fields that you wish from the same list.

    How to include Headers, Texts and Images in the PDF format of a submission - This one will show you how to show the Text fields and Images into the PDF as well.

    Do let us know how it goes.

    I went to the area specified in your reply and the box to show headers, texts and images in the pdf were already checked off. i went to the website and filled out a form, submitted it and still i receive the submission email without the form text. Would you please take a look for me. I have spent the whole day trying to make this work again.  Our busy season has begun and unfortunately, this happened. Need it resolved and I cannot afford to spend anymore time on it so would you kindly help me out.

    I was able to reproduce the problem. Images appears blank on the PDF.

    I have now forwarded this to our developers for a resolution. You will be informed here once this is resolved.

    Thank you! Now there is only one  thing that is not coming through in the submission email and that is the signature of the client. This is very important, this form goes to the Dept. of Ag in Florida so we need the clients signature!

    Also, what did the developers find as to the initial problem?

    There are not updates as of yet for the original bug.  A developer has been assigned to it and will update you as soon as they have any information.

    As for the signature issue, since it is unrelated to the original request, I have moved it to a thread of its own.  I will follow up in this thread shortly:
