    Email Notifications Going to Default Email

    I have set up a form and want to add multiple notification to notify specific person when someone has filled out and submitted a form.


    When I change the email that the notification should be sent to and test it, it tells me that the email was sent to the default email.


    How can I send notifications to other email apart from the default.

    You can do it following these steps :


    1.Click on the " Emails " button,next, click on the " Add New Email " button.

    2.Select " Notifier " and click on the " Next " button.

    3. At the bottom, in the " Recipient Field ", fill with the email you want to notify.

    4. And the last, click on " Next " button.

    This should work.

    @KevinGarcia's instruction on how you can set up your email notifications is correct. You may also refer to this guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    With regards to your concern to why it is being sent to your default email address on the account and not the one you set up on the notifier, it is because you're using the Test Email button from the Notifier you have created. The Test Email button only sends your email notification to the email address that's on the account.

    I suggest that, if you would like to see if the notification goes to the correct email address, you preview your form, fill it out and submit it.
