Account downgraded email notice

    We received an email stating our account had been downgraded. Does this mean our online client packet isn't working? Please advise

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Since the paid subscription charge failed, the sccset account is switched to the free tier account limits. The forms are still functional with the free plan, but monthly submissions are limited to 100 and account storage is limited to 100MB.

    If you would like to re-upgrade, you should be able to do this either from the Pricing page or from the Billing page.
