- studiograndAsked on October 13, 2015 at 03:38 AM- decided to try the dropbox integration that worked above,
Soooo, I just removed the "Jot Form" folder so that I could re-integrate dropbox and have it create it's default user defined folder as a new folder. Kept the dropdown the same, no images.
So I have no idea what the heck is going on. All this testing is using up my submission allotment. I'll only be able to test for a little bit more until it resets next month. :(

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotform.us/form/50961311445147? I cloned the form and integrate the form to my Dropbox account and it seems to be working fine. Please try to re-integrate (remove integration and integrate it again) the Dropbox to your form.
Do let us know if the issue still persists.

Nope that is not the form I'm referring to. If you review the previous thread this was broken off from, http://www.jotform.com/answers/679991, you can read the entire debacle I'm having. The form is this: https://form.jotform.com/51039403182144
I have done a number of testing to remove and integrate. At one point in testing, it did work once but then it stopped [again].

I think I have isolated what's going on. And I do apologize for not even mentioning this before. I think my brain had just gotten so frustrated and was not able to see the bigger picture last night.
I have two forms. The first one is here:
This form captures the session ID (and adds both a Unique ID and the submission ID) and is added to the url of the form I had initially provided:
What I have been able to replicate is that if I use the link that is generated from the first form -- which again, is the second form plus the other stuff (ID's), dropbox does not download the images.
If I go directly to the second form with no session ID (or other info). The images download.
Of course, I need the second form with the ID's to allow downloads.

I have cloned your first form, made some test and here's what I found out.
First of all, we both know that we cannot use the name of your form as a root folder name in drop box because of its special character "/".
Here's the first form I used in testing: https://form.jotform.com/52856523632963
I integrated the form with my Dropbox and named the root folder as Test_M.
I also changed the name of the root folder to "Clone of Artist". Same form. Same Dropbox account.
I hope both links to my Dropbox folders are working for you to see as both worked perfectly.
I also tried cloning your form again and integrate it with my Dropbox using the default folder name which is "Jotform".
Here's the second form: https://form.jotform.com/52857108769974
Here's the link to my Dropbox folder named: Jotform
I even changed the Submission Folder to "Confirmed Event Date" and it worked.
So the first form works, when it's just the first form we are testing.
However, I was able to reproduce the issue you're having if we include your second form in the process, where session ID's are created.
I have cloned the second form, created a link to the clone of the first form through the thank you page also.
If you have noticed, the link to my Dropbox folder, Clone of Artist, has two folders in it.
I tried reintegrating the forms and still unable to receive the images also.
I will be escalating this to our developers so they will be able to check everything and see what needs to be done. I would like to apologize for I will not be able to give you any specific time to when this will be fixed but please be assured that it will be worked on and you will be receiving updates to this via this thread. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you.

Thank you so much! Yes, this is exactly what I noticed. The main form (you referred to it as the first form, I referred to it as the second form) where a session ID is used is when no images appear. "Glad" you were able to reproduce and so glad I FINALLY noticed this. Hopefully your developers will get to the bottom of this soon.

We're very sorry for the late update, but we'd like to let you know that this issue is now fixed.
Files uploaded through sessions will now be sent to Dropbox properly.
