    Thank you page settings are opening the thank you page URL instead of the settings

    I've created a new form, based off of a clone of an older form. I need to change the Thank You page address. When I click the Thank You button to get into the menu to change the address, it immediately bumps me out of Jotform and directly to the thank you landing page. So I can't make the change in the address, because I lose the editing window in about 1.5 seconds.

    Any ideas on how to remedy this?

    I just tried the Thank You Page, and nothing went wrong.

    Once on the edit mode of your form, click on Thank You icon, then on Change Page Link:

    What browser are you using? I would recommend you to use Google Chrome or Firefox.

    Here's my screen doing the same process. I don't click anything after clicking the thank you button...

    This was recorded in Chrome browser. I also tried in Firefox with the same result.

    I cloned your form and was able to reproduce the issue.  When I click on the thank you page settings, I am redirected to the thank you page URL instead of opening the options.  Exactly what is happening in your screen cast.

    I will forward this to our developers to have a closer look.  We will update you here as soon as we have a fix.

    In the mean time, you can change your page using the old interface.  Open your form in the form builder, then once the form is open, change your page URL to:


    This will load the old interface and allow you to change the page.

    Thank you for your report. Upon our investigation, there is a script in your page that redirects browser.

    We implemented a fix to prevent that.
