I have a form that I'm using as a contract between myself and my photography clients. It has an area where I've basically outlined the terms of the contract, but when they sign and submit the form I am not seeing those "terms and conditions", just the fee information and times, dates, addresses, etc.
The text that is not showing up is text that I simply pasted into a text window in the form. I do not understand why it is now showing up when I export or try printing. Can someone explain?Page URL:

To show the texts in your PDF submission you must enable Show Headers and Texts option in the submission's page because it is not shown by default. You can check the article about showing texts and headers here: How to show headers or text for contracts terms agreements in the PDF format of a submission.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

I had already toggled that setting and selected to show the headers and text, and while the document now looks correct when viewing it digitally, when I hit "Get PDF" the copy generated on to my desktop still did not show the information I needed with the terms and conditions.
I did just figure out though that if I selected the print option, and generated it as a PDF instead via that route, it generates correctly. I figured I'd post an update in case anyone else is having a similar issue.
Thank you for your assistance.

I checked your form and indeed, the headers and text are not being included when creating a PDF. Show headers and text is enabled and it shown in the submission:
However, when creating a PDF of the submission, the headers and text are not included:
I checked a few of my own forms so this looks to be isolated to yours. The other forms in your account are also not including the headers and text in the PDF of your submissions. I will forward this to our developers to see why this is occurring. We will update you here as soon as we have any further information.

I found out that your form's custom PDF design is activated. It is now fixed after I have reverted your submission PDF to default layout.

I have the same issue as the original post.
The texts show perfectly online but not on the downloaded PDF.
I hope you can check and help me with this.

@rynu This thread is quite old. If you wouldn't mind creating a separate thread, letting us know which form you are working one and which text is showing incorrectly, we will be happy to have a look:
