Calendar that shows availability of the dates for booking

I'm wondering if there is a way to have calendar integration or similar to show availability when someone is filling out a form. For example, a potential customer may want an appointment tomorrow, but I'm already booked

I think you can achieve that using this date reservation widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/date_reservation. Once the date is already booked, it can't be selected again.
