How to set a minimum and maximum amount of both 5 numeric characters

Asked by haroldv on October 14, 2015 at 10:58 AM

We made a registration number field (the applicant gets this number from us in another already existing form and fills it in in this field); is it possible to set a minimum and maximum amount of both 5 numeric characters

You can do that by adding mask onto the field.

This will set it up so that you receive the exact number of digits that you expect on your form.

To set this up, just click on the field and under Mask add ##### (meaning that you are expecting 5 digits).

You can see how it would look by check out this clone of your form:

Do let us know if you happen to have any further questions in regards to this and we would be happy to assist with the same.
