    Aligning text boxes next to radio buttons

    I have a few items for someone to select on my jewelry page.

    The form will have a radio button next to the right of each item below:





    But to the right of those radio buttons is suppose be a small text box that will allow the customer to enter a quantity.


    Unfortunately I can not figure out how to get the text boxes to drag to the right of each radio button.


    Do you have tutorials I can watch and/or can you explain how to do this?

    I am afraid that this is not possible without significant amount of injected CSS code. However, you may use a Matrix field to achieve something similar:
