How can I setup choices in the form?

I just created a website survey form.

I just need to ask one question and people have to choose their top 3 from a list. I've worked out how to get people to tick 3 choices but how can I get that in 1st choice/2nd choice etc format?

I can't get my head around how I can do this. Can you point me in the right direction, thanks

You may consider using the following widget instead of the CheckBox field:
