Hi there,
According to my research on your account. your "angelo@ammosnewyork.com" email address is suffering from this issue. Because of the latency the message is expired and the email address has jumped into bounce list as you said.
Now, I fixed the bounce problem. Please try to get email submission on that email address again and let us know about its final state.
