    Hi,

    To adjust the whitespace, simply edit your form iframe code by decreasing the height value. Please check the sample code below:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/11804359136" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:625px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    Changing it to 500 may look better.

    With regards to your second question, you can use Free Text (HTML) under Power Tools and insert that line.

    I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again if you have further questions. Thank you so much!
