I have an embroidery business and when we take orders I want the customer to fill out a form so all fields are correct as they entered it. Like spelling, address, description etc.
I found your web site and it looks like this can really work out creating the form I need and then sending the completed form back to us in an email.
1. Can I upload the MS Word document I have into JotForm so I don't have to re-create the form?
2.If when hitting the submit button sends the form to the email I specify, can I name that specific email? I was thinking if it could capture the last name field and send it with that.
3.You'll see a big area where we draw what the customer wants and how it should look. If we are using the JotForm form on a Ipad or tablet of somekind, can we "draw" in this area?
4.I'm thinking one form for one customer. What if the customer orders multiple items? Would I have to use single form for each item? I suppose it could use last name and amend a number after it: Jones, Jones1, Jones2....
5.Looking at the features on your web site it looks like I can also add a "checkout" area. How does that work?
Thank you for your time and am really excited to hear back from you. This could REALLY help us out a lot.

Thank you for contacting us. To help you better I have split you thread in various threads, each answering a specific question.
In regards to your first question:
Can I upload the MS Word document I have into JotForm so I don't have to re-create the form?
Unfortunately this is not possible. There is no means yet to import form from Word documents. So, it must be created manually using the Form Builder.
