    Not able to reset the account password.

    I tried to access my account, but I cannot remember my username or password. When I click the forgot password link, and either type in what I think my user name is JStuhr, or my email jstuhr@delta.org, it takes me to the create a new account screen. 

    When I try to create a new account, it reads: This email address already has an account.

    It is a circle I cannot break out of.  Please let me know how to access this.

    Hello Jim,

    You do have an account with email address jstuhr@delta.org and your username is "jstuhr".
