what happens if i run out of submissions and i need more?? Do i have to upgrade???

I see that you are using Bronze subscription plan and your account has already receive more than 1000 submissions for the current month. If you want to receive more submissions, you'll need to upgrade your account to the next plan available so that you'll be able to continue to receive the submissions on your forms. If you do not need to continue with the upgraded plan, you may downgrade to Bronze subscription again at the end of the upgraded plan. If not, you'll be continued to renew automatically on the upgraded plan automatically.
