I have tried on 5 of our forms and continue to receive an error message requesting I retry. Is this a system issue? An account issue? A user issue?

It appears to be a temporary system wide issue with the 'Download All Uploads' option on our side.
A bug report ticket has been forwarded to our Development Team.
We will keep you updated via this thread.
