Why is the 'Download all Uploads' button not working?

    I have tried on 5 of our forms and continue to receive an error message requesting I retry. Is this a system issue? An account issue? A user issue?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It appears to be a temporary system wide issue with the 'Download All Uploads' option on our side.

    A bug report ticket has been forwarded to our Development Team.

    We will keep you updated via this thread.

    We have just added the related notification as this feature is temporarily disabled.
