Dropbox and Jotform upload storage limits

I've set up a form to accept fairly large files from clients, that go right to my Dropbox account. Do the size of the files they upload count against my Jotform upload space (presently 100Mb with the free plan), or do they transfer directly to Dropbox?

If they count as Jotform upload space as well, it strikes me that I'd be paying twice for the space, and would be better off just directing them to to a separate page to upload directly to Dropbox...

    Hi Soundcarrier,

Yes, it will count to your upload space everytime your client or anybody send you a file.

Thank you for using Jotform! For further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Files needed to be saved on Jotform's servers first before getting delivered to your Dropbox account, hence, it will take up space on your Jotform account.

Indeed, 100MB is the limit for free users, but a good practice would be to delete submissions with huge files in order to keep your storage meter down. This will allow you to accept more files on your free Jotform account.
