JotForm to Velocity Integration via Webhook

Hello I'm trying to setup a form that will automatically send submissions into the online lead management software, Velocify. I've followed the steps to use Webhooks to post to the URL that Velocify provided but nothing is going through. I get an email from jotform that confirms that a form has been completed but nothing shows up in the Velocify system. I made sure the variable fields match the Jotform generated ones so I'm not sure what is going on.  Am I missing a integration step somewhere?

    Page URL:

    www.valleycollegeofmedicalcareers.info

I was setting up the integration with Webhooks using the integration wizard in JotForm. That's where I pasted the URL.  Here is the URL for reference.

    https://secure.velocify.com/Import.aspx?Provider=VCMC&Client=30040&CampaignId=1025

    Variables I have

    q38_fullName[first]

    q38_fullName[last]

    q55_phoneNumber

    q39_email39

    q60_clickTo

    q45_questions

    Hello alexduque420,

The field name you have mentioned above is not correct. That could be the reason why the input data is not being passed. Please check the following guide on how to get the field name of your form fields:  http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names

Please update the field names and see if you are able to read the input values.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    @alexduque420

You're right, that's the correct field names for webhook.

You seem to have used two similar webhook endpoints so I have deleted the other one.

Would you mind check it again?

Here are the list of your field names by the way. It seems the one I highlighted below isn't on your list above.

    q38_fullName[first]

    q38_fullName[first]

    q55_phoneNumber

    q39_email39

    q62_medicalPrograms

    q45_questions

Please try it again and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!
