I am also having this issue. This is now in addition to the problem we are having with Dropbox integration (mentioned here). There are many files being uploaded with our competition form and it is a major inconvenience having to download each file individually to add to Dropbox for each submission, hence why having the full download option was a quicker way for us to remedy the situation while the Dropbox issue is being looked into. However now I cannot use it.
Is there any other way to export the files, in bulk, in the meantime?

As mentioned, I will raise this thread to our developers so that they can look into your issue as well in regards to the file uploads.
Please do let us know if you happen to have any additional questions in regards to this over this thread, so that the thread owner of the other thread (Cai) does not get email notifications each time and since that allows us to better assist both :)

As per response of eee on the original thread, the feature has been reactivated and you should be able to download your files using the feature again.
