Since your forms were created under a Guest account, there are several features that may not be available. I would recommend first registering an account. If you do so using the same email address you used to create your forms, "email@example.com", they should be automatically moved to the new account.
Once you have done that, you can share the direct URL of your form. The URL can be found by either previewing your form, or click on the "publish" or "embed form" button:
The form can be filled out directly from that link.
You can also embed the form to a web page, the embed code can be found under the same tab.
Once you have received a submission, it can be viewed from your account:
