No show for some bookings

    Hi
Re- the Chutney Jacks reservation form. I have 3 email addresses set up but only 1 (the gmail one) has received the bookings for this last week or so. Also, the latest bookings do not appear in the inbox for this form.

    Are my settings faulty?

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the form in the website you mentioned. However, I checked your account and I saw the form titled "Chutney Jacks Table Reservation Form".

Here are your notifications and the recipient addresses

The "CJ Table Reservation" has this recipients:

    petercharalambos@btinternet.com, info@chutneyjacks.com , ashiq135@hotmail.co.uk. chutneyjacks@gmail.com

Please notice the extra spaces and the "." at the email ashiq135. Please do make sure to only separate emails with a comma and a space. Please see this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients. Make sure there's no extra spaces and incorrect characters to avoid problems.

This one seems to be correctly setup, make sure that the recipient address is correct (peter@imarkets-group.com).

This is the third one which uses chutneyjacks@gmail.com:

The second and third notification recipients shows in our mail logs that the emails were sent successfully by our servers.

If you are still unable to receive notifications, please do follow the steps mentioned in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

Do let us know if that works.

Hi...sorry.....thankfully you found the right form.I forgot to mention that there were no problems until early this month.....what could have caused emails to stop being sent.....or are you saying that they were sent?....so maybe not received at our end.....
I fixed the issue you mentioned....thanks.....I'll remove all others emails in the CJ Table reservation and leave only one then I'll do some tests.

As mentioned by colleague the multiple recipient emails were wrongly setup before.

Because you have used period(.) as separator for the email addresses instead of comma(,) sign.

    petercharalambos@btinternet.com, info@chutneyjacks.com , ashiq135@hotmail.co.uk. chutneyjacks@gmail.com

Review this user guide on how to properly setup the Notifier to send to multiple recipients

    user guide: -Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

You can also check the sent email history logs using your account.

    user guide: -How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

In the email logs, you can see that emails were sent successfully.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
