Dynamic Drop-Down Items

    Can you have conditional statements/drop-downs?

For example:  If a customer chooses MODEL X from the 1st drop-down, then the second drop-down only allows two colors.  However, if they choose MODEL Y, then the second drop-down has six color options?

    Thank you.

Yes, that is possible with JotForm.

The easiest way is to use our Dynamic Dropdowns widget (manual: How to Add a Widget to your Form).

Alternatively to the easiest way by using the widget, you can also set it up by using several individual Drop Down fields on your form, and adding Conditional Logic to show the second level of the drop downs when the first drop down has a certain value.

I believe you have found one of these two methods being discussed in the forum, please do let us know if you need any assistance in setting it up. We will be happy to help.
