    naos estou recebendo no meu email as perguntas dos formularios

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, I see the form titled "Message Contact Form" doesn't have any email notifications on it. To receive emails when the form has been submitted successfully, please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    When testing the notification, make sure to open the form, fill it out and click the submit button.
