I just want to report how disappointed I am that I worked on my form for probably an HOUR and was not able to save my work. The "save" button was spinning around and around finally forcing me to leave the page hoping for the best. Sure enough I re-open the form to find that NOT A ONE of my changes to it had been saved - several minutes of work down the drain. It is enough to make me feel that I should abandon using JotForm and go back to doing my own within my web editor. Very disappointing!!!!!

Are you still encountering this issue? May we know which form are you referring to? Also, can you provide to us the browser and device you are using when you encounter this issue? It is recommended that you use Chrome or Firefox browser in updating your form. You can also try to Enable the Auto Save feature of JotForm so your forms will be saved automatically from time to time while you are editing your form. To enable the auto save feature, in form builder, right-click on your form and click Enable Auto Save.
