    Show/Hide conditions not working

    Some of my conditions have stopped working. They use to work, but now they don't work at all. Here's the direct link to my form:

    The conditions I'm having problems with are on the "Portrait & Text" page. Select "Portrait & Text" under "Portrait Style" on the first page to go there. The fields I'm having a problem with are "Text Line 2" and "Text Line 3". If either of them are filled, then three options should appear to the side of the "Text Line 2" and "Text Line 3" fields, exactly like it is for "Text Line 1." These are the conditions I have set into place:

    -SHOW Position field, When "Text Line 2" Is Filled.

    -SHOW Font Style field, When "Text Line 2" Is Filled.

    -SHOW Font Color field, When "Text Line 2" Is Filled.

    -SHOW Position field, When "Text Line 3" Is Filled.

    -SHOW Font Style field, When "Text Line 3" Is Filled.

    -SHOW Font Color field, When "Text Line 3" Is Filled.

    The condition I have set up for the "Border Around Portrait?" question is still working correctly. When "Yes" is selected, the "Border Color" field pops up like it should. So why have the others stopped working?

    Andrew,

    Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? If not, please try to clear your browsers cache and then retest your form. It would also be helpful if you can test it on different browser.

    The browser I'm using is Firefox. I cleared the cache but that didn't help. I tried my form using Internet Explorer and everything is working properly.

    Working fine here to on Firefox:

     

    Which version of Firefox are you using? Do you have any 3rd party anti-virus toolbars or anything like that installed on Firefox?

    My version of Firefox is 9.0.1. And yeah, I do have McAfee installed.

    I have just updated my Firefox to ver. 9 and still see no issues with your form.

     

    Its looks like it could be something to do with McAfee, but could just check one other thing? Is javascript enabled? (graphics below show where to find that)

    Yes, JavaScript is enabled. I'll see if there's anything I can do to disable McAfee and see if that makes any difference. Thanks so much for all your help.
