How can I create chart for the entire matrix table question?

I need to create a visual report with number of multiple choice questions. When I try select question with multiple choice question, the system let me pick only one of the choice not the question itself.

If you are referring to the matrix field, unfortunately, that's not currently supported with the current version of the visual report builder. You can only pick 1 item from the matrix row for now.
