We are based in the UK, will this affect the service provided? Can we personalise the online form with logo's, etc?

    There are no known issues that are UK specific that I know of. 

    And yes, feel free to personalize your forms, email notifications and alerts, even the thank you message or the Thank-You URL of your form.
