I currently have a JotForm that allows clients to upload files from my website to my Google Drive.
This morning I received this email. However, I have my JotForm set to automatically delete Submissions after it sends the files. Why am I receiving this message saying I have reached the limit of my upload space? Is there any way to get around this without Upgrading, since I will not be storing any files on JotForm?
I would appreciate a quick resolution, since the email states my forms will be disabled at 12pm EST today, and I need them to remain operational for my business. Thank you.

Is there a way to avoid this happening? I have my form set to automatically delete submissions, so I am confused as to why this happens.

Thank you for letting us know, it seems to be a bug with the Auto Submission Deleter app that you are using. I have raised it to our developers to check it out, because when I use our scripts to recalculate your used storage space, it returns that 279.85 MB of storage space is already taken.
Your upload counters have been reduced manually down to 38.86 MB at the moment so that your account remains operational, but until this issue is properly fixed so that the Auto Submission Deleter app can successfully remove uploaded files as well, I would advise you to please remove your submissions manually - by deleting them from your submissions page.
We will let you know through this thread when the issue with the Auto Deleter app is resolved. Until then, it may be best to remove the app from your account, and delete submissions manually. You can remove it by clicking on the person-shaped icon at the top right corner of your screen, click on Account, change to API tab, and then on the X icon next to the app. Please refer to the image below for visual guidance:

- PDQ_PrintingAnswered on November 19, 2015 at 12:45 PMGood morning,
I emailed you a few week ago regarding an issue with the Auto Deleter not deleting submissions. Can you tell me if this problem has been fixed yet? I would like to use the Auto Deleter so I do not have to manually delete all the submissions on my form. Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us.
My colleague @liyam informed you on October 22, 2015 at 10:36 AM.
I've tested the Auto Delete Submissions application. It is working fine on my side.
Yo need to know that, submissions that was already on the form before you add it to the Auto-Delete submission list will not be deleted.
We would appreciate it if you could test it again.
I hope it will work properly.
Let us know, if you have any trouble. We will be happy to assist you.
