I've upgraded to the professional package, but my account is still showing me at premium and close to my limit. Can you please confirm upgrade?

    I need to ensure that my upgrade to professional has gone through (I've tried to upgrade twice) so that there is no interruption to service.  If someone could please let me know as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it.

    I've just checked your account and it has been successfully upgraded to professional. Please try to log out and log back in.

    If you still can't see the changes of your upgraded account, try to erase/delete your browesing cache and cookies.

    Thanks for the help!  My account looks to be upgraded now.
