Cannot access submissions on Jotform site

    I have two emails letting me know I have 2 new patient forms.  However when I go to the Jotform site there are no submissions. Please respond as soon as possible.

    I have checked your account: CarterK and I have not seen any forms in it. Are you referring to this account or to a different account? If you are referring to a different account, could you give us the username of that account, so we can better assist you. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

    This is what I am referring to. I get notified I have 2 submissions in my
    inbox. Normally I am able to access these
