i checked FAQ and i did what you requested, when i went to do a test it said my email email@example.com was blocked by jotform, can you please help rectify this problem as my clients were wondering why i was not responding to their forms?

Your email address was in our bounce list, Gertrude. I've now manually removed it. It should be working fine now.
