unable to submit my new JotForm

    Good afternoon,

     

    I just created a form using the "New Blank Form" Template.

    After creating the form, I clicked "View Form" So that I could test it.

    Every time I click "submit", the form gives me an error and does not submit anything. I have already tried logging out and logging back in.

    I have attached the link for the form when it gives me the error.

    I've tried submitting your JotForm titled "Crude Demurrage Form (For Logistics Use Only)" using 2 different browsers and I was able to submit it without any issues. 

    If you still experience the issue, please provide us with the error message while submitting the form so that we can provide you with necessary assistance.
