Hi is there a way to save progress of filling out a form?

My form is a Food Diary for my Personal Training business so clients could fill this out each time they eat and then submit it at the end of the week to me.

    Grant,

Here's my suggestion on how you can accomplish this. Create an autoresponder for your form, then insert an edit link in it. Basically, the submit button will act as the "save" function for your form. After the first time they submit the form, your clients will receive a link in their email which they can use to be able to edit the information they have submitted.

The downside to this is that you'll get an email the first time they submit (or save) the form and each time they edit their forms. Also, your clients must start a new form for each week.

If you have further questions on this topic, please feel free to ask.
