Dear Sirs,
I've recently made a form to collect contacts through our ios and android app.
On iOs everything works fine, but on android when the user press the submit button the form loops ad infinitum the message PLEASE WAIT ...
Jot Form seems to regularly collect the form on my account, but the user is confused and the thank you page nor the reply mail don't appears.

Hi,
May I know how did you embed your form in your android app? Is it possible for you to share the a link where we can download the app and test so we can further investigate the issue?
We will wait for your response.

Here you can find the android version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.indapp.bestarworld
You have to go in the OFFERTE section and there you can find just one offer
Follow the (italian) simple instructions and you will reach your jotform to fill.
Pl,ease, when you fill the form, use a name that indicates you are jot form technical support.
Thank you very very much

Hi,
May we know how you are embedding the form in your Android App? Perhaps a screenshot of the backend code to where the form is embedded will hep us better to assess the problem.
You could try re-embedding the form using the following options:
Method 1: You can try embedding using the default embed script:
Method 2: You can also try using the iFrame embed code.
Method 3: If there are no JS conflicts in the page where you will be embedding the form code, then you can try using the full source code instead.
I hope that helps.

I do not embed the form anywhere inside the app.
I give direct link to https://form.jotform.com/52841306643958 from inside the app.

In that case, it seems like the app is trying to block the submission of the form. The form works best when viewed on a web browser, there are codes like Javascripts and PHP that needs to be called when the form is loaded. However, I'm not sure how the app is opening the form in your end. You can contact the app developer to see how the form should be loaded in your app.
