form blocked due to the transition from premium to free

    In recent months, I paid for the premium account. As the account has gone from premium to free, the counter was not reset, and so now I am still with the single active form blocked. Is possible to reset the counter? The quota was exceeded when the premium was still active.

    Its your SSL submissions that are overlimit. 

    You have used 20 this month, the counter is not due to reset until the turn of the month. 

    This one time, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and change the counter to 9, please remove any secure links to your forms if you dont want to go back over limit.

    Thanks, I hope that was not my fault, but in theory the active form should not have the ssl. will check the links immediately. thanks for the help
