Hi,
I am using the free plan but this month, i had already exceeded my limits and so just made a monthly payment for the BRONZE plan.
I do not require the plan to extend beyond 1 month; so do i need to cancel this manually ?
Please Advice.

Hi Sony,
You can initiate the cancellation form your account by selecting the free plan under you Account's Billing section.
When you do this the downgrade will be scheduled to be effected at the end of the billing period so you wont be charged again for a subsequent renewal.
Do let us know if you are charged at the end of the billing period and we will address the situation.
