Bronze Plan

    Good morning - the other day I was notified that my jotform account was almost to full capacity for accepting payments with the free plan - I immediately upgraded to the bronze plan and the the funds have been deducted from my account - I just received an additional notice that my account is nearing full capacity and when I log in it shows that I have the "free" plan - can you please ensure that the bronze plan is on my account ASAP.

    Hi there,

    Please accept our apologies for this mistake. I can confirm we received your payment on 20th Oct and your plan is now fully activated on our Bronze plan.
