For some reason I am not receiving the email password reset. Can you please update the email address for this account to firstname.lastname@example.org
The email address associated with your account is "email@example.com". I sent the password reset email to that address and it looks to have been sent successfully. Check your inbox to see if it has.
If it still has not, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
