How can I import my PDF to JotForm?

I followed the instructions but it said the import failed. I then tried to reply to the email and that failed so I was wondering if you could check it out. The PDF is attached. Is there something more I need to do to make it work?

Can you please tell us how you have tried to upload the file?

- Did you try adding it in Form Builder, on the form through the file upload file or did you try importing the PDF so that a form is made from it?

Also, please do note that you can upload the PDF to some service and give us the link to the same, but we can not see the same file since the PDF uploads to the forum are not possible and anything that is attached in the email is discarded.
