Unfortunately that is not possible, but you could be their sub account user as well - where they add you as their sub account user and you can see the forms in their account and they can see the same in your.
If you prefer to not share the forms with them, you could then remove them as the sub account user, while you would still see their forms (as long as they allow this).

Thanks for the response, Ben.
I'd like to associate a different username and email address with the billing for the account I created and delete my account. I see that I can change the email address on my account but not the username. Is there any way to remove my username/email without losing all of the forms I've created?

I just read on another thread that you can transfer all the forms to another user account. That would solve the problem! How do I proceed with that?

Yes. Forms can be transferred to another account.
Please list down here the name/URL of your forms that you wanted to transfer to another account.
Tell us also the target account/username the forms will be transferred to.
Thanks.

Awesome!
Two forms are currently active (indicted with **). If moving them to another account changes the URL, I'd like to hold off and will request that they get moved over later.
The username of the account I'd like these forms moved to is "OSFed."
Many thanks for your help!

I have moved 8 of your 10 forms to your other account, OSFed. I have not moved the ones with an asterisk as we want to make sure first that you're not using any Custom URL on those two. Because if you are, the Custom URL set on the form will not work anymore because they still have the old username in it.
Thank you.

In my colleague's name, you are welcome.
I have just moved the other 2 forms to the OSFed account as per your request.
Seeing how you have said that you would delete your account I would just like to mention that we can:
1. move forms to other account with their data
2. change the username on the account
- While we have already moved all of the forms to the new account, I wanted to mention this if someone finds this thread while looking for the same.
Do let us know if there is anything else that we can assist you with.

Hello again!
Somehow two of the forms you moved to our new account (OSFed) back in October have moved back to the old account (Jaysh):
2015 SVP Daily Report and Workshop Group Observation Form
https://form.jotform.com/526578709021592015 SVP Teacher Survey
https://form.jotform.com/52935833922159Could those forms be moved from "Jaysh" and back to the "OSFed" account?
Also, there's another form under "Jaysh" that we did not create and do not recognize the username (thriveivs) who created it. We do not wish to be sharing any forms with thriveivs.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, can you make a request about transferring the other two from on the Jaysh account to the OSFed account using the Jaysh account, please?
With regards to the other form that's on account that was modified by the username, thriveivs, you can just remove or delete that if it's something that you didn't create or recognize. It's possible that you once shared forms to that username before(not sure).
We will wait for your response. Thank you.

@jaysh,
I'm not sure if your reply is the same than OSFed's reply. If not, then you may let us know here.

Hi Kevin, I'm not quite sure what you're asking. I am following the instructions from Mike_G to make the request from this account to have the two listed forms moved from this account over to the OSFed account.

Hi again,
I'm sorry if there's been any confusion, but I'm following up to see if there's anything additional needed from me to ensure that the two forms below are moved from my account to the OSFed account. Please let me know, and thanks so much for your help!

@jaysh
I have moved the forms from jaysh account to the OSFed account as you have requested. You should be able to see the forms on the OSFed account. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you.
