Lightbox text link is incorrect and not clickable

I can see a link on the top of the content of this page: "What can we help you with?"

First, I would like not to show anything, only the popup

But if it is shown, I need it to be clickable - clicking it does nothing

You can remove the text in the codes. See encircled text in the screenshot:
