How to add Unique ID widget to a form

It looks like I need to install the widget Unique ID to enable submission id's is that right? When click on the get now link for that widget it appears to be loading but then nothing appears in my form under available widgets

Sorry, it appears to be working. i was too quick to write in. I wish I could delete this forum post. Maybe I should write another post asking how to do that?

I believe there is no way for users to delete their threads, only members of our staff can delete posts and topics/threads. If you do not wish others to see the content of your thread, you can mark your thread as private while creating it, or we can mark it private as well.
