Address field not being sent through Zapier

    Hi, we are stuck. I'm using Zapier to integrate JotForm wtih Pipedrive. So far so good. However, the address fields are not communicating properly.

    Jotform wants to export the address as one long line, whereas Pipedrive can accept street/state/zip/etc as separate fields. That's more useful to us. So, instead of using the Jotform "Address" part of the form, I created individual line items for each part of the address, expecting those to line up.

    However, when Zapier compares a completed Jotform field to Pipedrive, these Jotform fields are labeled as "unimportant." I see the data in my completed submissions inside of Jotform, so I know the data is there, but with the exception of zip code, Zapier can't send them to Pipedrive because the data is marked as "unimportant" and therefore is blank. I've even tried to label the fields as required, but that didn't work either. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi Jon.

    The fields are labeled "unimportant" on Zapier because you do not have any labels on these fields in JotForm. In essence, the fields are unnamed on JotForm, so Zapier flags them as "unimportant".

    After adding labels to these questions, they show up in Zapier. This is how a cloned version of your form looks, edited to have labels on Text Box fields where you are collecting address details:

    Please try using labels on your text box field, and see if Zapier is able to correctly forward them to Pipedrive with that change. Please let us know how it goes.
