How do I make this form usable again?  Says it's exceeded its allowable quota but I have cleared all the submissions.  Not sure what was happening there either as it said there were 229 submissions but there were only 10.

I have seen the problem as well. There was an issue with the submission counter on the Form Builder that causes the issue.

I have now corrected it and reset the number of submissions to the correct number.

If you check again your jotform http://form.jotform.com/form/20081034791 now, you will see its now avaialable.

Hope this help. Please let us know if there are still issue.

We do apologize about that. I've reset and fixed this for you again and it shouldn't occur anymore.

However, if this continues to be a problem then please let us know about it immediately.

    Hi Megan,

Currently, we have encountered an issue about it. I checked your submission numbers, they are reset to 0 right now. Also, your account is active.

To overcome this scenario, we disabled the over quote checks today, so your account is not going to downgrade.

Sorry for the issue that you are encountering. If it happens again, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

I couldn't see the image that you added; but today, we have made a permanent fix for this issue. If the account is "IceDragonsOps", you can see the submission level is 0. It haven't increased since we talked.

However, if the problem related to another account, please give the username or form ID. We can check that one too.

Again, sorry for the trouble we made.

    I'm waiting for your reply.

I get the attached error on both Icedragonsops and Icedragonsexec for ALL forms. They were working briefly on Sunday 25/10, but have effectively been down since Thursday 22/10.

Are you currently having the same issue?

I have checked the accounts and I see that both the submission level of the accounts are 0.

I believe, you are pertaining to a different account.

I see that you have another account which is "IceDragons".

I have updated its status and it should be okay now.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
