Cannot change email delivery address

    Hi Guys,

     

    I have just started using Jotform and cannot seem to set the recipient email address to anything except the default email. I have filled out Recipient email: feels and saved the result but when I test it continuously sends the actual email to the default address. 

     

    Is there any way to fix this?

    Hello Ben,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Do you mean to say that you are clicking on the "Test Email" button of the notification email alert? Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Please be noted that clicking on "Test Email" button will always send test email to your profile email address. If you want to send submission email to the email address which you have configured in the "Recipient Email" address of your notification email alert, you will have to click on the preview button of form editor and submit the live form.
